Do I have to buy hardware from you?
No. The POS application runs on standard Android terminals and abstracts the hardware underneath, so Telpo, PAX, Sunmi and similar devices are all supported. If you already have terminals, you activate them with a code. If you do not, we will source them with you.
What happens when the network drops mid-sale?
The terminal keeps trading. Transactions queue on the device and sync automatically the moment it reconnects, so a cashier is never left turning customers away because a tower is down. This is the default behaviour on every plan, not an upgrade.
Whose name is on the money?
Yours. Each business is provisioned its own virtual account at signup, and settlements land there directly. Moniebase is the infrastructure underneath — it is not an intermediary that holds your takings and pays you out later.
How long does it actually take to go live?
An afternoon. Signup and branding take minutes, a terminal activates from a code and pulls your full configuration on first boot, and there is no implementation project, no site visit and no engineer to schedule. That is the entire onboarding.
Can I change plan, or turn modules off?
Yes, from the Feature Center, at any time. Modules you switch off stop appearing in the portal and on the terminal rather than sitting there greyed out. See pricing for what each plan includes.
What happens to my branding if I leave?
It was always yours. Your logo, colours, receipt layout and customer data are your property, and they are exportable — nothing about the branding you build here is locked to the platform that renders it.
